Custom Print Templates

CorrigoNet provides default templates that you can use to print, fax, or email a work order. These templates are accessed through the Send/Print button on the Work Order details screen and give you some flexibility in determining the content and formatting of your work order printouts and faxes. The available choices depend on your particular configuration, but they usually include Standard and Vendor versions of print output.

You also have the option of creating your own custom print templates in addition to the default templates provided. These custom templates allow you to specify the exact content and format of your printouts and faxes.

After you create and add a custom print template, it appears in the drop-down list when you click the Send/Print button on the Work Order details screen.  Choosing a template from this list opens a preview window with Print and Send To buttons at the top.

Process Overview

The process of creating and installing custom print templates is as follows:

  1. View template source code for reference
  2. Create a new XHTML template from scratch or edit an existing one
  3. Add (upload) the template
  4. Test the template
