Add a Custom Print Template
        After you create 
 a custom print template that is XHTML conforming, you must add it to the system. 
        To add a custom template, complete the following steps:
        
            - Go to Work Orders > Settings > Print Templates.
 
            - The 
 Print Templates screen opens.
 
            - Click the Add New button.
 
            - The 
 Add Print Template (Custom) screen opens.
 
            - Click the Browse button and navigate 
 to the place where your template file is located.
 
            - Select the template file, then click Open.
 
            - Type a name for the template in the Display As 
 field.  This 
 is the name that will be displayed on the Send/Print button drop-down list on the Work Order 
 details screen.
 
            - Click either the Yes or No radio button in the "Is Active" field.
- Yes—Select 
 this option if you want the template to be available immediately on the Work Order details screen via the Send/Print button.
 - No—Select 
 this option if you want to deploy the template at a later date: 
 for instance, after you have created and tested all of your templates.
 
 
            - Click OK.  
 
            - The 
 new template appears in the Print Template list and is ready to be 
 tested.
