View the Replenishment List

The replenishment list shows you which materials in your inventory need to be ordered. You must first set a replenishment policy for the replenishment list to be populated.  From this screen, you can then initiate a new order to replenish your inventory.

In order to use this replenishment list effectively and place your new orders, you must know the following about your materials and suppliers:

• Which suppliers can supply which materials
• The preferred supplier for each of the materials in your inventory
• Which of your inventory materials can be ordered from the same supplier

To view the replenishment list, complete the following steps:

1. Go to Materials > Replenishment > List.

The Replenishment List screen opens.

2. In the StoreRoom drop-down list, select the stock location for which you want to check inventory levels.
3. Choose a supplier from the "Show supplier part number" drop-down list.  Show me

The materials that are due for re-order appear in the list. You can now place a replenishment order if you want.
