Place a Replenishment Order

You can order new stock to increase inventory levels through the replenishment list.

To place a new stock order, complete the following steps:

1. First follow the procedure for viewing the replenishment list.
2. On the Replenishment List screen, select the check boxes beside the items you want to order. Show me

3. Click the New Order button.  

The Replenishment Order Details screen opens. Show me

4. Enter text describing the order in the Description field.
5. Enter a purchase order number in the PO # field.
6. Enter any special instructions for the supplier and receiver in the Supplier Instructions and Receiver Instructions boxes.
7. Edit the quantities in the To Order column if you want to change the defaults carried over from the replenishment list.
8. Click Save.
