Manage Priority Settings
To manage priority settings, complete the following steps:
- Go to Work Orders > Settings > Priorities.
- On the Work Order Priority Labels screen that appears, do any of the following:
- Enter a new name for an existing priority in any of the text-entry fields in the Label column.
- Change the number of response hours for work orders assigned to the various priority levels.
- Change the number of completion hours for work orders assigned to the various priority levels.
- Change the default priority label that new work orders are assigned.
- For Priority 2 work orders, select or unselect the Escalate check box, depending on whether you want users to be able to escalate the work order to the top priority level.
- Assign a ToDo template to any of the priority labels. For detailed information about ToDo templates, refer to the Create a ToDo Template section of this guide.
- Click the OK button in the bottom right corner of the screen to save your changes.
