Start a Work Order (Apple iOS Devices)

After you have picked up a work order and are ready to begin working on it, complete the following steps:

1. On the work order details screen, tap the Status row. Show me

2. On the Actions screen that appears, tap Start. Show me

3. At the prompt, confirm that you want to start the work order by tapping the Yes button.
4. Select one of the Labor Codes from the list that appears. Show me

Note: Labor codes are entirely configurable and therefore might or might not include options like REG (regular time), DT (double-time), OT (over-time), and VAC (vacation time).

5. Tap the Done button in the top right corner of the screen.

The status of the work order changes to Open: In Progress and the system starts recording the time you are spending on the work order. Show me
