Setting the On-Call Schedule
The on-call schedule specifies the personnel who are to automatically
receive emergency alerts during business hours and after regular business
hours for each work zone.
To set the on-call schedule, complete the following steps:
- Go to User > On-Call.
The
On-Call Schedule screen opens. Show me
- Use the scope selector to choose a work zone or
portfolio to set the schedule for.
- Click in any cell in a day column and either the
Regular Hrs or After Hours row. The
Regular Hours Assignment or After Hours Assignment popup screen opens. Show me
- Choose the user to be on call for that time
slot on that day from the drop-down list.
- Click OK. The
user's name is added to the schedule.
- After you have completed your scheduling for each day and for each Regular and After Hours time slot, click Save.
