Setting the On-Call Schedule

The on-call schedule specifies the personnel who are to automatically receive emergency alerts during business hours and after regular business hours for each work zone.

To set the on-call schedule, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to User > On-Call.

The On-Call Schedule screen opens. Show me

  1. Use the scope selector to choose a work zone or portfolio to set the schedule for.
  2. Click in any cell in a day column and either the Regular Hrs or After Hours row. The Regular Hours Assignment or After Hours Assignment popup screen opens. Show me

  1. Choose the user to be on call for that time slot on that day from the drop-down list.
  2. Click OK.  The user's name is added to the schedule.
  3. After you have completed your scheduling for each day and for each Regular and After Hours time slot, click Save.
