Copy a PM/RM Schedule

PM/RM schedules can be easily copied to avoid manually reproducing identical schedules for different locations. To copy a PM/RM schedule, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Work Orders > PM/RM Schedules.

The Preventive or Routine Maintenance List screen opens.

  1. Use the scope selector and the drop-down list in the top right of the screen to narrow the range of work orders displayed on the screen based on the team, work zone, or portfolio under which each PM/RM schedule was created.  
  2. Click the Show All PM/RM Schedules link in the top left corner of the screen or use the search fields to narrow down the list of PM/RM schedules that appears on the screen.
  1. In the Preventive Routine Maintenance List table, click the name of the schedule you want to copy.
  2. On the Maintenance Schedule screen that appears, click the Copy button in the top row. Show me

  1. The screen refreshes and displays a copy of the PM/RM schedule, with the Schedule field reset to blank values. In order to save the copy of the schedule, you must first set the frequency and start/end dates for the schedule.

Suggestion: Although it is not a required step, you might want to give the new schedule a different name to distinguish it from the original in the system.

  1. When you are finished, click Save to add the copy of the PM/RM schedule to the system.
