Use Type-Ahead Scrolling Lists 

Some fields in the CorrigoNet interface employ type-ahead scrolling lists, which make it easy to find the data you need when faced with a long list of options. With these kinds of lists, you have two options for finding information:

Use Type-Ahead Scrolling When You Know What You Are Looking For

To use a type-ahead scrolling list when you know the specific information, complete the following steps:

  1. Begin typing in the text-entry field at the top of the screen.  
  2. The drop-down list opens displaying the items that begin with the letters you entered.

As you continue to type, the list continues to scroll to match what you are typing.  

  1. When you see the item you want, click it to select it.
Use Type-Ahead Scrolling When You Do Not Know What You Are Looking For

If you do not know the specific information you are looking for, you can search for it by completing the following steps:

  1. Click the down arrow at the left of the list to view the items in the list.  
  2. An abbreviated list opens.  

  1. If the list can be extended, a small arrow appears at the bottom of the list. Click the arrow to extend the list.  

Tip: Click the arrow multiple times to view the complete list.  When the arrow no longer appears at the bottom of the list, the whole list is displayed.

  1. Scroll down the list using the scroll bar on the right.
  2. When you see the item you want, click it to select it.
