Work Order Categories

Within the CorrigoNet application, there are four different work order type categories. The names are configurable, but each work order type must match to one of the following categories:

• Request—A work order that is generated by a customer; that is, someone at a company asks you to carry out a work order at their company.
• Basic—A company creates a work order for its own purposes. The work order does not have to be related to a specific customer.
• PMRM—Generated from a preventive maintenance/routine maintenance schedule.
• Turns—(In limited use, so not visible to all users) A work order generated as a turn, usually by property management companies.
