There are two places within CorrigoNet where you can view not completed and overdue ToDo items: The "View Not Completed ToDo Items" screen within the Work Orders tab and the Dispatch Board.
To view ToDo items that have not been completed yet, complete the following steps:

Note: Items that are overdue appear in bold, with the number of hours/minutes overdue appearing in parentheses, as seen in the first row of the ToDo Search table in the image above, where the ToDo item "Call Max" is 6 minutes overdue.
You can filter the list of not completed ToDo items using any combination of the following fields:
To view not yet completed ToDo items through the Dispatch Board, complete the following steps:

Work orders that contain ToDo items that are not complete yet but are not overdue display a green circle beside them, as can be seen in the image above for the first two work orders in the list.
Work orders with overdue ToDo items display a red circle beside them, as can be seen in the image above for the third work order in the list.
