View All Check Lists

If you have the necessary permissions, you can view all check lists in the system by doing the following:

  1. Click the Our Company tab.
  2. Click the Import/Export option in the drop-down list that appears.

The Import/Export Spreadsheets screen opens.

  1. Scroll down to the Work Orders section.
  1. In the Check Lists row, click the Export button.
  2. If prompted by your browser, opt to open the export file.

A Microsoft Excel file opens, providing full details about each of the check lists in the system. Show me
