Add Documents to a Work Order, Customer Record, or User Record

You can attach MS Word files, image files, PDFs, or any other type of document file to a work order, customer record, or user record in the system.  Although there are many instances in which you might want to associate a file with an element in the database, some examples include:

• Adding notes for a work order
• Adding a photo or certification for handling refrigerant to a technician's record
• Adding a manufacturer's warranty or a subassembly schematic diagram to an asset's record
