Add Hours to a Team Member's Time Card

Note: The following functionality is available if the Time Card module is enabled and if you have a role with the Time Card - Manage Team Time Cards privilege associated with it.

To add hours to a user's time card through CorrigoNet, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to User > TimeCard > Manage Time Cards.
  2. The Edit Team Time Records screen opens. Show me
  3. Click the Add Code button.
  4. On the Add Labor Codes screen that pops up, select the user whose time card you want to add hours to.
  5. Select the kind of hours you want to add. Although these options are configurable, the most common ones are Regular, Overtime, and Double Time.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Back on the Edit Team Time Records screen, click the date to which you want to add hours.
  8. On the Edit Time on Date screen that appears, enter the amount of time you want to add and, optionally, a note that explains why you are adding the time.
  9. Click OK.
  10. (Optional) Repeat steps 2 through 8 for any additional hours you want to add.
  11. When you are finished, click the Save Changes button in the top right corner of the screen.
