Create and Post a New Invoice

To create and post a new invoice in CorrigoNet, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Financial > Customer Invoices.
  2. On the Invoice List screen, click the Create New Invoice button in the top-right corner of the table.
  3. On the Select Billing Account screen, click the Select button beside the billing account under which you want to create the invoice.
  4. On the Customer Invoice screen, add items to the invoice in one or both of the following ways:
  5. After you finish adding line items to the invoice, click the Calculate Tax button to update the invoice with the correct tax values based on the location where the work was carried out.

The next step is to post the invoice, which sends it to the customer. After you post the invoice, you cannot add items to it, so only complete the following step when you are sure the invoice is complete.

  1. Send the invoice to the customer by selecting Post from the Actions drop-down menu in the top right corner of the Customer Invoice screen.
