Manage Repair Codes
To manage repair codes, complete the following steps:
- Go to Work Orders > Settings > Repair Codes.
- A Repair Category screen appears, allowing you to do any of the following:
- Add a new repair category by clicking the Add New button, which opens the Repair Category - Details screen. Show me
From this screen, you can name the new repair category and then click the Add New button to define each of the repair codes that you want to include within the new repair category.
- Edit a repair category by clicking a name in the Repair Categories table and then clicking the Edit button. This action also opens the Repair Category - Details screen, where you can rename the category, add a new code to the category, or edit or delete existing codes associated with the category.
- Delete a repair category by clicking a name in the Repair Categories table and then clicking the Delete button.
