Customize OnHold Reasons
When you place a work order on hold through either CorrigoNet or the mobile technician app, you have the option of choosing a reason for placing
that work order on hold. You
can customize the list of reasons for placing a work order on hold so
that they are most appropriate for your business.
To customize OnHold reasons, complete the following steps:
- Go to Work Orders > Settings > OnHold Reasons.
- On the Work Order Action Reasons screen that appears, do one of the following:
- Enter a new OnHold reason in one of the blank rows in the table.
- Click on and then edit an existing OnHold reason.
- Select and then delete an existing OnHold reason.
- Click Save to update the list of available OnHold reasons in the system.
