Customize Cancellation Reasons

When you cancel a work order through either CorrigoNet or the mobile technician app, you have the option of choosing a reason for canceling the work order. You can customize the list of reasons for canceling a work order so that they are most appropriate for your business.

To customize cancellation reasons, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Work Orders > Settings > Cancel Reasons.
  2. On the Work Order Action Reasons screen that appears, do one of the following:
  3. Click Save to update the list of available cancellation reasons in the system.

Note: In some cases, it might appear that ID numbers are missing in the ID column. CorrigoNet never reuses an ID number for a Cancellation reason, so if one is removed from the system, the corresponding ID number is also removed. Show me
