Customize Attention Reasons
When you call attention to a work order through either CorrigoNet
or the mobile technician app, you have the option of choosing a reason for calling
attention to the work order. You
can customize the list of reasons for calling attention to a work order
so that they are most appropriate for your business.
To customize attention reasons, complete the following steps:
- Go to Work Orders > Settings > Attention Reasons.
- On the Work Order Action Reasons screen that appears, do one of the following:
- Enter a new attention reason in one of the blank rows in the table.
- Click on and then edit an existing attention reason.
- Select and then delete an existing attention reason.
- Click Save to update the list of available attention reasons in the system.
