Delete a Contract

Note: You cannot delete a contract that is currently associated with a customer in the system. If you try to do so, an error message will appear on the screen. To delete a contract, you must first assign all customers that are currently associated with it to different contracts. To see which customers are tied to each contract, go to Customer > Customer Site Search and select the relevant scope, then click the All button. The Contract column on the screen will list the contract that is currently associated with each customer.

To delete a contract, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Financial > Customer Contracts.
  2. On the Customer Contracts screen that appears, click the name of the contract you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. On the confirmation screen that pops up, click OK.
