Create a New Theme

You can control the appearance of your application and the terminology used in the interface to suit your tastes and the industry you belong to. The following features are under your control:

Add Your Corporate Logo to the CorrigoNet Screen

To add your corporation's logo to the CorrigoNet screen, complete the following steps:

  1. Get a copy of your corporate logo .JPG image file. This image will appear in the upper left corner of the application interface.
  2. Go to Our Company > Settings > Logo.
  3. The Corporate Logo screen opens.
  4. Click the Browse button to the right of the Select File field.  
  5. A "Choose File to Upload" popup screen opens.
  6. Navigate to the .JPG file you want to use for your logo, select it, and then click Open.
  7. Back on the Corporate Logo screen, click Save.
Manage Terminology Within the CorrigoNet Interface

To manage the terminology that is used throughout the CorrigoNet interface, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Our Company > Settings > Terminology Management.

The Manage Terminology screen opens.

  1. Update as many of the terminology fields on the screen as you want.
  2. Click the Save button at the top of the screen to have your changes show up throughout the CorrigoNet interface.
Set the Color Theme of the CorrigoNet Interface

To set the colors that are used throughout the CorrigoNet interface, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Our Company > Settings > Company Info.
  2. The Company Preferences screen opens.
  3. In the Company Color Theme row, click the drop-down list and select a theme. The default list includes default, custom, green, and pink.
  4. If you selected "custom" in Step 2, click the Custom Theme button to the right of the list and complete the following additional steps:
    1. On the Custom Defined Color Theme for Company screen that appears, define the custom colors you want to use for each of the eight components of the interface that are listed.
    2. Click OK to save your changes and return to the Company Preferences screen.
  5. Click OK to have your changes show up throughout the CorrigoNet interface.
