Configure Alerts

CorrigoNet provides you with a central location from which you can control certain characteristics of the alerts you subscribe your users to, including which alert types are enabled and for which work order types each is enabled.

To define alert settings, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Work Orders > Settings > Alert Settings.
  2. The Alert Settings screen opens.
  3. Make your selections by selecting the appropriate check boxes and clicking the relevant radio buttons in the options below.
  4. When you are done, click the OK button at the top of the screen.
