CorrigoNet provides you with a central location from which you can control certain characteristics of the alerts you subscribe your users to, including which alert types are enabled and for which work order types each is enabled.
To define alert settings, complete the following steps:
This area of the screen contains the following global settings for alerts:
This area of the screen contains the settings for emergency alerts determined by the On-call Schedule and Emergency Escalation list.
This area of the screen contains the settings for subscribed alerts on the User Details screen.
The alert type settings control the types of work orders each alert is generated for and can be applied to assignees only or to assignees andusers with access to the workzone.
This section should only be updated by authorized Administrative staff. It allows you to specify the email address from which the alerts will be sent.
