Map a WON Service to a Specialty

To map a Work Order Network service to a specialty, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Our Company > Knowledge Base > Specialties.
  2. The Specialties screen opens, displaying all of the specialties currently in the system.
  3. In the Specialty list, double-click the name of the specialty you want to map to a WON service.  
  4. On the Edit Specialty popup screen that opens, in the "Is Related To" field, select the WON service that you want to map to the current specialty.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
